Below is the sample CV. Remember to complete the following sections in your CV i.e.: personal data, education, professional experience, languages and skills / qualifications. In case of applications for managerial post, it is worth mentioning the scope of duties at a given post in the professional experience section.
Remember to add a clause regarding processing of personal data: "Pursuant to the Protection of Personal Data Act of 10 May 2018 (the Official Journal of Laws from 2018, item 1000) and in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliment and the Council of the European Union on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data of 27 April 2016 and repealing the directive 95/46/EC, I consent to the processing of my personal data for the needs of current and future recruitment by K.O.B. KOBNEXT Sp. z o.o. with the location in Częstochowa, ul. Piastowska 57."
In the second stage of recruitment, you may be asked to provide additional documents confirming data included in your CV.

According to article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (the Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016) we would like to inform you that:

4) Your personal data will be kept for the needs of current and future recruitment, no longer than for the period of 2 years designated by the Administrator;
5) The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities cooperating in the recruitment process;
6) You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, remove them or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to data transfer, the right to withdraw consent at any time;
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
8) Providing personal data is mandatory based on the law, and with regard to the remaining scope other than required by the law is voluntary;
9) Your data will be processed in an automated way, including their profiling.
Automated decision making will be carried out in accordance with rules set out in the recruitment regulations, the consequence of such processing will be contacting only with selected candidates.
